Intention statement

To hold a safe space without judgement, acting as a vessel for guidance and healing from spirit, the Universe, God, guides, angels and any other entities who have the clients highest good as a priority in order to allow the client to step into their own medicine. Each session is specific to the client and their needs at that time, my intention is to flow with the guidance that spirit gives on how the session should be led. This session is meant to be a collaboration, it is important that the client feels respected and valued. Questions are welcome.

During the session I will be able to tap into your energy which is only intended to help in your healing journey and once the session is complete I release the connection.

Things that may be used during the session: crystals, oracle cards, sound bowls, tuning forks, essential oils, etc. The space is energetically cleansed between sessions therefore whatever energy is present during the session is meant only for that session.

Reiki

Reiki harnesses universal life force energy to promote healing.

Sound Bath

Sound healing uses crystal sound bowls, tibetan sound bowls, tuning forks, etc. to promote relaxation and healing.

Visceral Physical Therapy

A manual therapy approach to addressing organ movement and energy. Techniques are gentle, mild and should be pain free. Visceral techniques are performed on the skin of the abdominal region, please let me know if this does not work for you. All treatment will follow a "less is more" guideline as the tissues are sensitive.

All of these techniques can bring up emotional responses, this is a good thing. Emotions are energy in motion and are incredibly healing. It is all part of the healing process.

This treatment is not intended to replace medical treatment. Treat this as adding another tool into your toolbox.
